2 Chucks Avoidance technology
The chuck consists of two pneumatic chucks, front and rear, both of which can move in the Y direction, denoted as A and B respectively. Chuck A is responsible for feeding, while chuck B is installed in the middle of the bed and is used to clamp the material. It can move forward 800mm to ensure cutting accuracy and improve production efficiency.
Small tailing material
The advanced movable middle chuck automatically shifts forward to minimize tail material during processing. With a minimum remnant length of just 35 mm, the machine reduces material waste by approximately 50% compared with conventional two-chuck tube laser cutting machines.
