• Automatic centering during processing: During processing, real-time collection of Z-axis information is used to obtain the deviation value between the pipe center and the chuck rotation center. Real-time compensation for subsequent graphics to be cut to achieve high-precision processing.
• Cutting of special-shaped steel: support the cutting of standard pipes such as round pipes and square pipes, and also support the cutting of various special-shaped steels. Such as I-beam, channel steel, angle steel, oval pipe, waist-shaped pipe, polygonal pipe, etc., and automatic centering can also be performed for these special-shaped pipes.
• Seven-axis material pulling: support three-chuck seven-axis machine. Zero tailing processing can be achieved through two movable chucks and one fixed chuck.
• Corner process: Introduce the tube corner process, set a set of reasonable corner air pressure, peak power, duty cycle, etc. through debugging, so that the cutting at the corner of the tube will be faster and more perfect. When the Z-axis is integrated with the control to cut the pipe, send an up or down air movement command to the Z-axis on the basis of the follow-up to solve the problem that the Z-axis is unstable or the follow-up response is not fast enough to cut well at the corner.
