Machine bed is welded from whole steel panel; thickness from 16mm to 25mm.It is milled, treated and welded by Italy GOLCAR with high accuracy machining centers.
There are 7 sets of Yaskawa servomotors on the machine, including 3 sets of 4.5kw
Large diameter self-centering pneumatic chucks.
The acceleration can be 1.2G, max, travelling speed 100m/min.
Taiwan YYC helical rack, 5 level accuracy 3MM teeth width,good intensity, accuracy and working life.

Nut holes more than 4mm diameter are tapped by Italy COLGAR.
