Avoidance Technology: The chucks consist of two front and rear pneumatic chucks (marked as A and B respectively), both movable along the Y-axis. Chuck A is responsible for feeding, while Chuck B is installed in the middle of the machine bed for clamping materials and can move forward by 800mm, ensuring cutting precision and improving production efficiency.
Short tailings: The middle chuck moves forward to minimize tailing,reducing scrap length to only 35mm ,which is about 50% shorter than that of ordinary double-chuck models.
High-Precision Chuck: The 260-type chuck features a square hole design, offering strong adaptability and a wide clamping range. It adopts eight-cylinder clamping for strong clamping force, rack-and-pinion interconnection for high clamping and positioning precision, and a fully enclosed design for good sealing performance.
Centering and Clamping Device: The centering and clamping device cooperates with the follow-up flat support to assist in automatic blanking, prevent workpiece swinging, reduce manual intervention and ensure operational safety.
Servo Support: Controlled by 3 sets of independent motors, the servo follow-up support can effectively reduce vibration and errors to meet high-precision cutting needs. It has good follow-up performance, is suitable for both small and large pipes, and cooperates with the system for intelligent loading and unloading.
Side-Mounted Machine Bed: The 2-chuck side-mounted laser pipe cutting machine of ACME'S TF-series adopts a side-mounted structure, which has a low center of gravity and enables more stable processing.
