1. Heavy duty whole steel plate integrated welded machine body
16-25mm thickness whole steel panel overall welded, through a series precision machining like heat treatment, annealing treatment, milling treatment and so on to make the machine structure highly strong with high precision.
2. Penumatic Chuck Design.
Double penumatic chuck with high power servo motor-driven at both front and rear ends, with clamping diameter ranging from 20-230mm, designed with special double action extra-long mechanic claw to reduce material waste.
3. Machine back automatic loading system, 20s-25s faster than traditional loading way.
