Machine Bed
Withe the thickness of 16-25mm, the machine bed is cut from whole steel panel, and will be put in furnace to heat to 600 degree and keep temperature to 200 degree for a week, and then be taken out for cooling naturally. The whole process lasts 15-20 days which protects bed from deformation.
After the heat and aging treatment, the bed will be milled by Italy COLGAR machining center with high precision.
X-axis
X-axis adopts the cantilever structure and one-piece design to ensure the cutting stability.
