This model is LP3015HT17, with 3000x1500mm exchange work table for sheet, 6m machine bed and 170mm chuck for tube part. And we could also provide different size and chucks. 4000x2000mm 6000x2000mm 6000x2500mm work table, 120mm 250mm chucks according to your cutting requirements.

 

The sheet and tube combined laser cutting machine are smaller than two independent laser cutting machines, it will save your workshop space, and purchase cost. If you process more plates other than pipes, It will be a high-cost performance choice for you. 


Acme Laser independently designs, develops and produces the chuck. Compared with other chucks on the market, we have absolute advantages.  


It is full stroke pneumatic chucks, no need of manual adjustment with higher accuracy and easier operation.


Square hole design could support full-size cutting. Compared with the design of round one in the market, the pipe cutting diameter range for square and rectangular pipes are much bigger.  


The chuck is of eight-cylinder structure. The clamping force is twice that of ordinary chucks. And it can clamp various shapes of profiles, such as square, round, rectangular tube, channel steel, H steel and so on. 


The rear chuck could go through the front chuck, and the tailing will be shorter. Our shortest tailing can reach 65mm, saving you more material cost. You know that steel material cost is flying high crazily lately.


It with higher efficient exchange platform. The exchange speed is only 13 seconds. It could load and unload cutting while the machine is still working. That means you could process more plates in unit time.
