You might already know too much about how accurate the laser cutting machines are, how fast can it cuts, and how it could help you profit. All of the salespeople talk this over and over again. So here are some mad ideas which might amuse you.
1, It is Free.
Yeah, you may start laughing and think I am totally out of my mind. Even the cheapest fiber laser cutting machine costs tens of thousands of US dollars, not to mention the shipping cost, installation fee, and training courses. Sure, buying such a machine will put a large number in your liability section. But don't forget you also add the same one on the asset section. That means, in the worst situation, it can be re-sell to others. If you look around, you can find a lot of competitors who are longing for a good-quality fiber laser cutting machine. It would be your last worrying to find an heir. As the latest generation of the metal fabrication method, you can expect that this machine will be appreciated by the industry for decades.
What about the depreciation then? Of course, there will be, but don't forget fiber laser is the most stable laser source over time. The higher the power output is, the lesser attenuation it has. For example, a 3 kW laser source would have a 2% attenuation each year, but on a 10 kW laser source, this amount is less than 1%. A good laser source can remain its output even after years of usage. And in Acme, we only use the most reliable laser sources, such as IPG, Raycus, and Maxphotonics. So the laser source will remain after years of use.
Okay, I made my point on the laser source, but what about the other parts? Machine beds, laser cutting heads, servo motors, and rack rails. These parts will be ground in usage and are likely to be damaged. That is the exact reason why you shouldn't buy a machine that lows to the dust. At Acme, only the best components could be installed on our machines, servo motors from Yaskawa and Panasonic, cutting head from Precitec and Raytools, heat-treated carbon steel machine bed, and YYC/Hiwin rail racks along with the automatic lubrication system. All these components not only ensured the working accuracy of the machine but also guaranteed the last of it. Metal can be bent, cut, and melted, but our effort to provide the best machines for you won't.
