★ This series features a laser unloading and side-mounted structure, resulting in a low center of gravity and more stable processing.
★ Equipped with a heavy-duty, full-stroke intelligent chuck, the machine eliminates the need for jaw replacement, ensuring precision and improving production efficiency. All three chucks are movable, with the middle chuck moving toward the unloading end to achieve zero scrap. The third chuck is a composite chuck: a clamping plate and tube wheel integrated.
★ Equipped with ACME's high-power beveling technology, it achieves ±45° bevel cutting, eliminating the need for secondary processing and increasing costs and efficiency.
★ ACME's static cutting technology, with a dual Y-axis structure, allows the cutting head to reciprocate while the tube remains stationary, resulting in high efficiency, low energy consumption, and enhanced precision.
★ The unique three-chuck linkage design supports whole-tube unloading for specialized processes, achieving zero scrap cutting and increasing tube utilization.
★ Multiple fixed servo supports ensure more accurate loading and long-term stability. There are five sets of follow-up supports on the loading side and seven sets on the unloading side.
