Turn on and check if the input and output voltage of the regulator is normal

Ensure the heat dissipation, and the cooling effect

Check the fan of the power cabinet

Ensure good heat dissipation and extend the service life of electrical appliance

Clean the external filter of the air compressor

Ensure good heat dissipation and extend the service life of the equipment

Clean up the greasy dirt of the guide rail rack

Ensure good lubricity and extend service life

Every month

1

Replace the internal water of the chiller

Ensure the cooling effect of the water chiller

Turn the power off then clean the dust in the power cabinet

Ensure the temperature in the cabinet and extend the service life of the appliance

Check if the XY axis dust cover is damaged

Prevent damage to the dust cover and dust inside

Check the oil level of the oil pump

Ensure lubrication effect

Clean the dust inside the dust extraction pipe

Ensure dust removal effect

Check whether the limit switch of each axis are valid and clean them
